Dr. Nabil is the founder of the firm since 1980. He is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Britain), an elected member of the Association of Cost Engineers (UK), an associate member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and a member of the FIDIC Arabic translation committee of construction contracts. He has designed, supervised, and managed construction projects for both public and private sectors in the Kingdom.
